Pilot Trials and Long-Term Study Recruitment
HealthyW8 has successfully completed its pilot trials, confirming the usability and potential impact of its digital solutions for promoting healthier lifestyles. Building on this success, recruitment for the long-term trials will now begin across participating countries, aiming to evaluate the effectiveness of the HealthyW8 platform over an extended period.

Scientific Publications
Our partners have recently published new research showcasing the co-design of technological tools and intervention strategies in Italy. The study highlights how user-centred approaches and participatory workshops can create tailored digital solutions, such as healthy shopping planners and community activity maps. These findings are part of a growing body of HealthyW8 publications advancing evidence-based strategies for healthier living.

Events and Community Engagement
Over the past six months, HealthyW8 partners have actively shared their research and connected with communities, policymakers, and researchers across Europe and beyond. From international conferences to local community events, these activities highlight the project’s commitment to scientific exchange, public engagement, and cross-border collaboration in promoting healthier lifestyles.
